The Atlantic C-PORT conducted two primary angioplasty projects. The first was a prospective, randomized trial comparing primary angioplasty with thrombolytic therapy. This trial is now closed and is reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). You can view and download this file here. The second C-PORT project (C-PORT II) is an ongoing primary angioplasty registry that includes patients with ST-segment elevation (or new LBBB) who are either thrombolytic-eligible or ineligible.
